Yes - this is an official offer. And in some instances, we can have a cashier's check within your hand in as little as three days. For houses and commercial, expect up to 2 weeks.*
2) How did you find my information?
All property owner information is a matter of public record through the county tax assessor.
3) If I'd like to accept, what do I do?
You can fax, email, or mail the signed purchase agreement via the proper contact listed below.
4) How is the purchase processed?
It depends on the type of property and situation, but we will close through either a title company or through the warranty deed process. We will do all we can to make the process as easy as possible for you.
5) What is the closing cost to me?
None - we take care of all closing costs, fees, and in some cases, even back taxes.
6) What do you do with my property?
Huddelston REI provides property to our real estate investors who improve the property, as well as the general public at 70% of market value or less. Our goal is to help individuals and families fulfill their dreams in real estate, whether that be for living or investing.
