Since 2003 we have been involved in different facets of real estate investing including new home construction, rehabbing, flipping single-family houses, wholesaling, land flipping, rental properties, property management, and even Airbnb rentals. 

 

Although we have an expansive range of expertise and experience, we specialize in property acquisition.

 

We find that purchasing a property from those looking for a quick and easy sell and providing that property to others, gives us a way to serve both buyers and sellers alike.
